Chuck Thomas, a culinary craftsman, began his gastronomic journey in Colorado Springs in 1993. His relentless passion for flavors led him to prestigious roles such as Executive Chef at Colorado College, Blue Star Group, and Coquettes GF Bistro, where he honed his skills and leadership. A pioneer in the local food truck scene, Chuck founded Munchies Food Truck in 2019, earning accolades such as Winner of the Independents Best Food Truck 2021. His innovative dining ventures didn't stop there; his restaurant was lauded as Best New Restaurant 2023. Nominated in 33 'Best Of 2024' categories, Chuck is committed to culinary excellence. 

Certified as a Serve Safe Restaurant Manager, Alcohol Serv Safe Manager, and Gluten Free Chef, he ensures the highest standards of quality and safety. With Colorado Custom Catering LLC, he returns to the roots of community-focused catering, offering memorable, scratch-made, and customizable menus inspired by Colorado's bounty.
